Kate Thompson
Kate is a certified coach and HR consultant with extensive experience in a range of senior HR roles within large organisations, including team leadership, coaching, organisational change, performance and talent management, recruitment and selection, HR systems and process improvement.

She draws on her coaching skills, practical experience working in large and small organisations and keen interest in applying positive psychology theories and tools to help people utilise their strengths to be the best they can be.

Consulting

Kate works particularly well with small to medium organisations, either providing additional expertise and support to an in-house HR team, or providing HR support and advice to senior leaders where there is no in-house HR function. A safe pair of hands and focused on getting stuff done!
